We participated at the Open Source Circular Economy Days with our performative restaurant MehrWert. This time we had the chance to collaborate with the young start-up DingsDums, who prepared deep-fried and steamed dumplings out of rescued food.

Due to the festivals topic of Circular Economy we developed an additional installation for the challenge of how to make soap out of used kitchen oil? The spatial structure was made out of 130 recycled one-way-boxes offering enough storage space for all workshop equipment. The visitors of the festival could get informed about the process of our soap experiments, take action and join the discussion!
